Prerequisites

Ribbons: All Ground Ribbons, below Level 4.

Unit Experience: Candidates must have at least 3 months experience as a full time member of the StowMarines.

Selection: Candidates can only apply for this role with a recommendation from a current member of Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Team Management:

  • Ensure members are performing maneouvers,  suppression and CQC efficiently and correctly

  • Keep track of each Operator's CASREP, POSREP and SITREP in your section

• Team Training & Morale:

  • Working with the Team Leader, ensure that all members of your section are enjoying their time and have received the necessary training

• Team Crates & Logistics:

  • Ensure all relevant/needed ammunition and supplies have been deposited into the correct team crate and/or vehicle pre-deployment

  • Keep track of supplies throughout the operation and report any lack of supplies to the TL

• Advisor to the Team Leader:

  • Give the Team Leader advice on existing or future situations

• Fireteam Management:

  • Efficiently lead your individual Fire Team to support the Section's objective(s)
